Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Praedikt (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Praedikt is a prediction market research and analytics platform. It provides users with access to publicly available data from Polymarket, AI-generated analyses of prediction markets, curated daily insights, and market watchlist features.

Praedikt is an independent analytics tool. It has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or official relationship with Polymarket or any other prediction market platform.

PRAEDIKT IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR AND DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TRADING ADVICE.

All content on Praedikt — including AI-generated analyses, daily insights, probability assessments, and any other Service outputs — is provided for informational and research purposes only.

Nothing on Praedikt constitutes:

• A recommendation to buy or sell any contract, position, or financial instrument
• Investment advice within the meaning of any applicable law or regulation
• A solicitation to participate in any prediction market or trading activity

Past signals or AI analyses do not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that all trading decisions are your own, made at your sole risk, and that Praedikt has no liability for any losses you incur based on information from the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Praedikt. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law.

It is your responsibility to verify that prediction market participation is legal in your jurisdiction. Praedikt is an analytics tool only and is not itself a prediction market.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@praedikt.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or that we believe have been compromised.

Free Tier: Available to all registered users at no charge. Includes 3 AI analyses per day and access to the top 1 daily insight. Free tier features may be modified at our discretion.

Pro Tier: A paid subscription at $29.00 USD per month (or as displayed at checkout). New subscribers receive a promotional first month at $1.00 USD, which automatically converts to the standard rate unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.

Billing: All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and remitted by Lemon Squeezy.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for digital subscriptions. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@praedikt.com within 14 days.

Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases before they apply to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically extract data from Praedikt without written permission
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content, AI analyses, or data from the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of Praedikt
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or fraudulent information

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Our IP: The Praedikt platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

Third-Party Data: Market data is sourced from Polymarket's public APIs and is subject to Polymarket's own terms. We make no claim of ownership over underlying third-party data.

AI Analyses: AI analyses are provided for your personal, non-commercial research use. You may not resell or systematically redistribute them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or analysis provided will be accurate or current. You rely on all service outputs entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praedikt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.00.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Praedikt and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any trading or financial losses you incur based on information from the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Accounts terminated for cause are not entitled to refunds.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We encourage you to contact us first at support@praedikt.com to resolve any dispute informally. EU/UK users retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their EU member state.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Praedikt regarding your use of the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
