1. Who We Are
Praedikt ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website praedikt.com and the Praedikt analytics platform. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any questions or requests, contact us at: privacy@praedikt.com.
2. What Data We Collect and Why
We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the Service:

What we do NOT collect:
- Payment card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses — these are handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy
- Crypto wallet addresses or trading activity
- Any data from your Polymarket account
- Your personal data is never sent to the AI (Anthropic) — only public market data is used for analysis
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following service providers only to the extent necessary to operate Praedikt. We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to operate the Service:
- Session/authentication cookies — Required to keep you logged in. Set by Supabase Auth.
- CSRF protection tokens — Security cookies.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics). If this changes, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
5. Data Retention
- Account data — Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Subscription records — Retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance, even after account deletion.
- Usage logs — Retained for 90 days, then purged.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@praedikt.com. We will respond within 30 days. EU/UK users have the right to lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.
7. International Data Transfers
Praedikt's infrastructure is primarily based in the United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Processing Agreements of our sub-processors for such transfers.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage, HTTPS-only access, and database access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a breach affecting your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.
9. Children's Privacy
Praedikt is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at privacy@praedikt.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
